2. Registrations & Distribution Capacities

3. Mutual Fund Distribution

Inwealfoney is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor bearing ARN-337100.

Mutual fund-related services provided through Inwealfoney are distribution services and are not intended to represent that Inwealfoney acts as the investment adviser, fund manager or AMC for any mutual fund scheme.

Mutual fund scheme information, performance figures, risk factors, expenses, taxation and other characteristics should always be evaluated using the latest official scheme documents and disclosures issued by the relevant AMC and other authorized sources.

4. Portfolio Management Services (PMS) Distribution

Inwealfoney is registered with the Association of Portfolio Managers in India (APMI) as a distributor of Portfolio Management Services with APRN-10318.

PMS is a market-linked investment service and involves investment risk. The investment approach, portfolio construction, fees, risks, suitability requirements and other terms are determined by the relevant SEBI-registered Portfolio Manager.

Registration as a PMS distributor does not mean that Inwealfoney itself manages client portfolios or provides Portfolio Management Services. PMS services are provided by the relevant registered Portfolio Manager.

Prospective investors should independently review the Portfolio Management Agreement, disclosure documents, fee structure, risk factors and other documents provided by the relevant Portfolio Manager before making a decision.

Submission of an application or enquiry does not guarantee loan approval, a particular interest rate, sanction amount or disbursement.

Final lending decisions are made by the relevant bank, NBFC or financial institution according to its applicable policies and credit assessment.

8. FD, NPS, Bonds & Other Financial Products

Inwealfoney may provide information about or facilitate access to financial products such as fixed deposits, bonds, NPS and other financial products through the relevant institution, issuer, intermediary or authorized distribution arrangement, as applicable.
